It takes a deep dive into how and why we get stuck and the power of art in order to open us back up to the world around us. It highlights the relationship between artist, art, and audience.

A person who has struggled in the past with anxiety and depression chronicles her journey in confronting her fears and battling her dark intrusive thoughts. In so doing via humorously bad decision making, she reflects upon the root of these thoughts and how to keep them at bay.
